MARE brings together Es Blau, Flickeros de Ibiza, Observadores del Mar, Salvem sa Badia de Portmany and Sant Josep és Foto to discuss the role of photography in marine conservation.

An image can spark curiosity, bring us closer to marine life and change the way we see the sea. As part of the «La mar ens mou» programme, MARE invites you to explore this potential at the panel discussion “Photography as a tool for marine conservation in Ibiza and Formentera”.

Photography allows us to discover what happens beneath the surface, document it and share it. How can we turn these images into a tool for understanding and conserving the seas around Ibiza and Formentera?

The event offers a space to share experiences and reflect on how images can connect people with the marine environment, reveal its richness and inspire an interest in protecting it.
