"The Voice of the Sea" arrives to Palma with 32 images of the Balearic seabed.
The traveling exhibition MARE24 can be visited on the Passeig de Sagrera until June 30 and will tour all the islands.
We have inaugurated the traveling exhibition “The Voice of the Sea” on the Passeig de Sagrera in Palma. This exhibition brings together a selection of the winning images from the 5th edition of the Audiovisual Contest for the Conservation of the Balearic Sea (MARE24). Organized with the support of the Palma City Council and other partners, the exhibition will remain on display until June 30 and will tour various municipalities across the islands in the coming months.
With this exhibition, we aim to offer an immersive and interactive experience. Each photograph includes a QR code linking to the photographer’s Instagram account, where they share their personal message of conservation and their unique view of the Balearic Sea.
Inspired by the visual language of social media, “The Voice of the Sea” seeks to break down barriers and connect with all kinds of audiences, inviting them to observe, listen, and take action for marine conservation.
